Wow and I am so pleased with it.
The Torchwood series is awesome but you get so much more on this DVD Box Set.

The episodes alone are great. It is really awesome to be able to put on whatever Torchwood episode I want to see whenever I like.

Torchwood Declassified
This is a stand alone series that goes behind the scenes of the science fiction TV series Torchwood.
We see the production of the show and the actors at work.
There are interviews with the writer Russell T Davies and his hopes for the show.
There are also many interviews with the cast and crew.
Deleted Scenes
As with all TV shows many scenes have to be deleted form the finished episode because of time restrictions.
These scenes are usually more in-depth views of the characters’ lives and feelings.
They are fascinating to watch and I loved watching the deleted scenes on this DVD Box set.
Commentary on all the episodes of season one
They have this Commentary on the Doctor Who DVD Box Sets too.
We get to hear various people associated with the show speaking over an episode as it runs.
It could be any of the actors on the show, the writers, producers etc.
Depending on who is doing the commentary we get an insight to just how an episode was made and some wonderful anecdotes too.

Cool hub! Read from an article that, Torchwood Series started well but then degenerated - could have been completed in a few episodes but went so long. Some of the trailers I watched through YouTube and I think if the whole series can be edited the whole series into one episode, then it would be better.

dinkan53 I agree with you about the last series, Miracle Day. It was way too long with unnecessary subplots. But I think what they were doing was introducing the American characters for their own future stand alone Torchwood series.
The first three original series are all perfect, in my opinion, lol. There is plenty of action and science fiction stories and we also get to know the characters very well.

That and Doctor Who. LOL I am a Doctor Who fanatic and have watched all 7 seasons of this show many many times. Torchwood was born from the Captain Jack Harness that was first introduced there
