Step by step guide for my homemade recipes

I cook a lot of my own meals because they taste so much better than the processed food you get in the shops.

Recipe for Homemade Stuffing and Roast Chicken. Minced Ground Beef with Vegetables and Irish Coddle.

I also prefer to use my own recipes because at least I know the meals have been prepared and cooked hygienically. .

I have included some photos of my favorite recipes below so that you can see how I prepared them and how they turned out.

If the photos wet your appetite then I have provided a link to each recipe.

Photos of my Homemade Stuffing and Roast Chicken Recipe

I always make my own stuffing when cooking roast chicken or turkey. I prefer lots of onions and tomatoes in my stuffing so by making my own I can have my favorite ingredients. I have given the basic recipe here and you can then add your own extras if you want.

There are lots more photos and step by step instructions that are easy to follow.

Photos of my Minced Ground Beef with Vegetables Recipe

This beef recipe is one of my favorites. Once the basic dish is made then you can turn it into many great tasting meals. It can be eaten on its own with mash and vegetables as shown in the photo below.

It can also be made into cottage pie by adding mashed potato on top or a beef pie by adding shortcrust pastry on top. It is also great with pasta or spaghetti.

There are lots of photos and easy step by step instructions. To get this recipe click on the link below.

Photos of my Irish Coddle Recipe

This is my mother's recipe for Irish Coddle. It is actually called Dublin Coddle because some of the ingredients are unique to Dublin.

If you ask ten Irish people how they make their coddle then you are guaranteed that each recipe will be different. That is the nature of this dish. We all have our favorites and this is mine.

My mother is 78 years old now and I took these photos of her making this Irish Coddle last year. My parents have been married 58 years in August and there is a story here about their first date and Dublin Coddle too.

There are step by step instructions and lots of photos so you can follow each one.

Click on the link below if you fancy a unique and wonderful Irish dish.
